We take pride in our work and that's why we strive to work with you to repair any problems. As all our products are handmade, we believe that we don't make mistakes but we make happy little accidents!
If you have any problems with our products please email us within 14 days of recieving the product and include pictures as well as a description of the problem.
We suggest that if you are having any problems with the display or controls not operating correctly, to check all connections and settings within the game and PC first.
Although we always try to fix the problems online, sometimes our products get home sick and need to visit our workshop again. We are happy to organize shipping at our expense and to ensure that they can be back to operating correctly.
